I called them late Saturday night, after hours, and withing 5 minutes I got a call back from the owner. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I told him that I was visiting from NC and had to be back to work on Thursday. He pushed a vehicle out of the bay on Monday to get me in and back into my truck. Within 4 hours, he had my truck running and had me back on the road. His cost was extremely reasonable. We'll below what I was expecting. If I ever have issues with my diesel truck again and I'm in the area, I will definitely be using immaculate kinetics! Amazing company and customer service!

We had our 2009 international 4200 RV serviced at immaculate Kinetics this spring. They do quality work, on time, and very professional. The technicians are very knowledgeable and great to work with. When the RV had an electrical issue recently they helped us find and resolve quickly so we could have the RV in time for our next trip. Highly recommend them for your service and repair work.
